CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that life’s unforeseen circumstances happen. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please contact TSP at your earliest convenience. All cancellation requests must be made via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate. It's important to note that the cancellation policy varies for single-day, multi-day, and custom workshops. We strongly recommend all participants acquire Travel Insurance to cover non-refundable fees and travel expenses. Any cancellations or modifications will be subject to a non-refundable change fee, as detailed below:

Single-Day/Overnight Workshops:

  • Changes or cancellations requested by the participant will incur a $50 USD change fee per person.

  • More than 30 days before the workshop start date: A full refund will be provided, minus the change fee.

  • Between 30 and 16 days before the workshop start date: A 50% refund will be given, minus the change fee. 50% of the non-refunded balance can be applied to a future workshop within 365 days.

  • Within 15 days of the workshop start date: No refunds will be possible.

  • Single-day and overnight workshops require a minimum of two participants. If there's only one participant, options include paying the 2-person rate, rescheduling, or receiving a full refund.

Multi-Day Workshops:

  • Changes or cancellations will incur a $150 USD change fee per person.

  • At booking, the option exists to pay a 50% deposit or the full workshop amount. For deposit payments, the remaining balance is charged 90 days before departure.

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before departure: Deposit refund is possible once the vacancy is filled. If unfilled, the deposit can be used for a future workshop within 365 days.

  • Cancellations within 90 days of departure cannot be refunded. If the vacancy is filled, the payment can be applied to a future workshop within 365 days. Custom Workshops:

  • No refunds are provided for custom workshops. Rescheduling within 365 days is an option.

Additional Items:

  • It is highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance covering non-refundable deposits and workshop fees.

  • Non-refundable third-party fees associated with your workshop cannot be refunded.

  • No partial refunds for unused services. No-shows are non-refundable.

  • For incomplete trips, no refunds are possible.

  • Cancellation fees and deposits are non-transferable.

  • If you miss departure without reasonable notice, no refunds are available.

  • If weather hinders primary destination access, the itinerary might change; no refunds for weather conditions. Alternative locations can be visited in such instances.

WORKSHOP CANCELATION: TSP makes every effort to avert trip cancellations. Nevertheless, in the rare occurrence of a trip being canceled due to reasons such as insufficient participation, guide illness, accidents or death, severe weather conditions posing a significant risk, or actions by governmental or public authorities (such as changes in quotas, restrictions, or prohibitions), TSP will expeditiously refund all fees paid, excluding nonrefundable third-party fees. In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, TSP will notify all participants promptly. Please note that TSP is not responsible for personal travel expenses or any other costs incurred in anticipation of the trip. For these reasons, it is highly recommended to obtain Travel Insurance.

ITINERARY CHANGES AND DELAYS: While TSP aims to adhere to the published itinerary, certain situations beyond our control may necessitate alterations or omissions. Unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, geopolitical events, unexpected closures, transportation delays, illness, or other conditions detailed in the Workshop Cancellation section above may lead to itinerary changes. Please note that no refunds will be provided in response to these unforeseen events.

TRIP INSURANCE: TSP holds the essential permits and liability insurance required for legal operation. While participating in the workshop, TSP strongly advises and encourages all attendees to acquire their individual health, disability, life, and travel insurance. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess adequate health and injury insurance coverage for the areas we will visit. TSP explicitly disclaims any responsibility for health or injury liability that may occur during the workshop.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY: TSP reserves the right to accept or decline a participant for any reason allowable by law, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all attendees. We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, law-abiding, and considerate of others. This includes refraining from engaging in any form of illegal activity, behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, or discourteous manner, the use of illegal substances, or any conduct that may compromise the experience or safety of other tour participants or staff.

Please note that TSP reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is found to be in violation of these expectations. In the event of behavior that breaches these standards, TSP reserves the right to take appropriate action, including sending the participant home early at their own expense.

We encourage all participants to engage in a friendly, positive, and enriching experience and appreciate their cooperation in maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS: TSP workshops may involve physical demands. Each workshop is labeled with a Physical Difficulty Rating by TSP. It's the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary fitness level for their selected tour or workshop.

We recommend consulting a physician before booking, as TSP cannot make exceptions to the Cancellation Policy for medical reasons. TSP, at its discretion, reserves the right to request a doctor's statement verifying good health and fitness. TSP understands that participants possess varying abilities and health status and will make reasonable accommodations without compromising the tour's itinerary and objectives. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance to guard against unexpected trip changes, interruptions, or cancellations due to health concerns.

The health and safety of participants and staff are our top priorities. Any participant exhibiting active symptoms of a transmissible disease must wear a mask or refrain from joining the tour/workshop until the symptoms subside.
